Have had a hypothyroid problem for several years. Learning now that I may also have a cortisol problem.

I have hypothyroid but it is in check and I don’t know why I am still very tired. I take so many vitamins to help and I do exercise but I can’t begin to do what I used to and what I do causes me to be so very tired. It feels like I did 10 years ago when I found out I had Hashimotos disease. I am 54 I am now 20 pounds over weight, I cannot lose weight and I have this strange puffiness in the corners of my eye lids(inside by nose). Years ago I had steroids injected in my neck due to a severe burn due to a scarf around my neck getting pulled down into a snowmobile engine–long story. Would this cause Cushing’s? I don’t have the back hump but my Grandmother and Mom did. Any thoughts?
